Believe or not, There are some people out there who do not appreciate the beauty and richness of red oak and there are people out there who does not really make oak at all. But I am not one of them and over the years I learned to love and revere oak in general and especially the red oak. In this article I'll give you a step by step guide to help you stain and varnish your red oak cabinets. I will focus on new firms, but the same procedures are in order for red oak cabinets to the existing exception being that all coatings on your existing cabinets must be completely removed before the restain. Again, I can not stress this point, all previous coatings – of stains, urethane, paints and primers must be completely removed from your cupboards before you can start refilling your system and refinished.
When it comes to cabinets I just love to stain and varnish them every opportunity I get. I really enjoy taking my time and to enjoy every moment of it. In preparation for staining and varnishing of completion, I really appreciate this task special and I think it's because of my love for wood.
