What do you think of stuffing a chicken with citrus and herbs?
I'm going to cook the bird, thought to use an orange (neighborhoods) and a sprig of fresh rosemary and basil, adding perhaps a lemon or lime into quarters and in the cavity. The seasoning with garlic salt, mrs. pinch of salt and pepper season … do you think it would turn out?
This sounds excellent. I would like to add a little thyme. Goes well with rosemary. Why not take some of your orange / herb seasoning of lemon and place it under the chicken skin for a little more flavor and moisture. I would definitely use the lemon juice. After extraction of juice, discard the lemon in the cavity with the orange. You came up with a fantastic combination. With plants you've chosen your place feel like the sky.
