If I take the pepper seeds and plant them they develop, what I must do something for them first?
If I take the pepper seeds and plant them will they grow, what I should do something for them first?
Where did you buy pepper? If it is a farmers' market, there are good chances that it may be a 'heritage' variety, which reproduce true from seed you save. Do you remember the name of the variety, by chance? If pepper is just one chance in a grocery store, you'll always peppers, they may be larger or smaller, or different color than you originally purchased. Most fruits and vegetables available in a standard grocery store are hybrids, which are used to travel the long and long shelf life. Not the best for a real good flavor. It is never hurts to try though, you might be happy with what you get. But as cheap as seeds, personally, I buy organic Heirloom peppercorns, or go to the market and the local farmer to save seed from a variety of farmer says is a legacy or open pollinated. This way you can be sure it's a variety that grows well in your area, if they are sold at market. Of course, eating the chili first make sure it is enough to want to push more! Gardening is so fun. Enjoy whatever you decide to do.
