What can I do with a refrigerator box for my front lawn? Creative people & Halloween fanatics answer please!?
I had the chance to get their hands on a refrigerator box to use for my outdoor setting. Please do not suggest not that I cut that big box just large tombstones or something small because it would be a waste of a large box. I have many small cardboard boxes to work with too. my front yard decorations are the following: a jack-o-lantern tree, a giant spider attack a doll house, a cremation wall outside the garage door, a giant Jack-o-lantern paper mache hot air balloon with a black cat in the basket and various lights including rope lights in a spiral on the lawn in a way Tim Burtonesque. I want nothing to Gorey (I make my decorations for children young) and I do not want a coffin. I thought I could build something children can go through as a classic research or Haunted House Tour Clock. What are some ideas?
I think you should decorate it like a casket. Then have a friend dress up like a dead person, Dracula or Zombie. Ask them to put in as always as they can. So when somebody comes up, rise up and scare them. Shine a green or red spot on her to effect. Maybe just put on the front porch if you have one to divert the time. Could also fit on the head and decorate as a mummy case. Embellish with another box on top to give it a more authentic look. Having someone in the booth dressed mummy. Again, they can not get out of it and scare people. Mummy You will need: A white shirt and sweat pants first-aid gauze rolls Face Paint Instructions: Paint your face completely White then add a little green and black around the eyes. Wrap gauze around your head and neck, not too tight, until your face is visible. Add a scar and blood in your face and blood on the gauze. Add Random gauze and blood around your body and limbs.
