What is the best way to cook fresh pumpkin seeds?
After the pumpkin has been gutted and seeds were rinsed and dried, how long should they be in oven? Do they need oil or butter or something? Any advice would be great, thanx guys:)
I always take them and put them in salt water for a few days then I cook them on a cookie sheet in 300 degrees until they are toasty brown color. When you see that one side of them is to withdraw them and use spatula and flip them the other side. They get to jump into the oven when they get close to being done. Wow, I'm in the mood for some even, I better get myself to the grocery store. Good luck!
