Why flat in turn frozen liquid detergent flowing?
I cascade Shine Shield Formula A w / baking soda detergent dishwasher and I used 3 bottles before – it's always been a frost. This bottle was a freeze for about 2 weeks, and it is Now suddenly a liquid flowing – and we have no idea why! The house has central air conditioning Thus, the house is not hot, and the bottle is less than 5 weeks – there is no expiration date on it. I tried to shake the bottle to see if it needs to be mixed and it is still fluid flowing. I sent an email to Cascade, but people have not heard anything yet. What has caused this and Is it still ok / effective use?
It'll always do the same job, but it is a strange thing happens. T the bottle to sit sunlight? This may have an impact … Otherwise, I would say it was just a lot of duds. It may also "cascade" may have changed formula. What bottles Look in your supermarket like? Are gel or liquid? Anyway, give Cascade a call and complain. They may be able to clarify, if not self-May replace or reimburse you.
