Are you supposed to spit out the pomegranate seeds?
Part dark red fruit on the inside does not count as seeds, but the things inside them does. I know you are not supposed to eat the bitter part yellowish. Also, are you supposed to spit Kiwanis horned melon seeds? It's like a mix between kiwi and pomegranate.
Its okay if you eat the little seeds. They are too small so they should not be give you any problems in the pot.
