Vine plant help? Try to find a name …?

My mother has a kind of plant that has been for years …. not growing well, She put it in the bathroom humidity & Its everywhere now. I helped you connect today and I took a couple Stems and placed in water …. hope to start mine. Its nuts am well …. I'm not sure what kind of plant it is. She thought a kind of Philodendrun ….. I thought it possible once I looked …. but the leaves are not really heart-shaped … slightly longer and more thin. I was also thinking possibly a Pothos …… but not sure about that either. Hers has a ton of grapes & T hey've got REALLY …. long, but this is not complete at all. Also a lot of stems with no leaves at all …. Everyone knows what this might be or where I could know for sure? Pothos has variegated white and Green Leaves impasto. Philodendron leaves are light green. Both will grow very, very long if allowed. The plant will look slimmer and less complete if it did not much light. If you could provide a link to a photo of your plant, me or someone else here may be able to identify it for you better not guess.
