Super Health Benefits of Green Tea

You've probably heard about the health benefits of drinking tea, especially green tea. Tea is known around the world for thousands of years as longevity, "drink. Tea has been in China since at least 3000 BC. Tea is part of the plant Camellia Sinensis, and comes as the black tea is fully oxidized, green tea is not oxidized, and oolong, which is partially oxidized.

The plant Camellia Sinensis is known to be antibacterial and antiviral *. You can use your tea apply directly to cuts and burns as well, including sunburn. And when drunk or taken in extract form, it seems to help boost your * immune system, probably because of its antimicrobial action.

Green tea is really a mine of a drink, and polyphenols that has also been shown to support the healthy blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels *. In addition, they have been shown to protect your DNA against damage from chemicals and also radiation. This means that consumption of green tea and / or green tea extracts may be very useful for all of us who are exposed to chemicals increasing in our modern world.
