I have many allergies to plants. Should I avoid remedies herbal just to be safe?
I allergies to different plants that come and go without warning. I know that since I'm allergic to daisies, I should not use echinacea (not sure if I said that right – an extract of Echinacea purpurea, anyway) and must be careful with chamomile. When I was a child, my mother tried to "cure" my hay fever making me eat honey, and I almost died, then I am more than a little worried about having another allergic reaction to suppliments herbal or natural treatments for illness, etc. However, I have some health issues that "medicine traditional "does not offer an effective treatment for, and I would at least explore other options. Should I stay away from herbal search something else? (I'd really appreciate it if someone answers are not just trying to sell me something. I'm looking for answers No advertising.)
