These plants adapted to arid with little rainfall?
I bought some seeds to plant a garden-lover, but they asked Cactus Plants and seasonal flowers (those that suit a climate-dry arid, hot summers, cold winters-ish (no snow, just the F 5o of the night) and the relatively small amount of precipitation? So I was looking through the labels and saw "perennial" and "annual" but I was not sure what season perrenials were fit in? Here are the seeds I bought: Columbine – (Dragonfly hybrids – Perennial) Alyssum – (Royal Carpet – annual) Marigold – (Dwarf Bolero – annual) DAHLIA – (Victorian Mix – annual) FOXGLOVE – (Digitalis – Biennial or Perennial) Delphinium – ( "Blue Bird" – Perennial) CARDINAL CLIMBER – (vine – annual) CACTUS – (Mixed Varieties – Perennial) And if someone is good with flowers, could you recommend some nice ones that would suit the climate above?
